As stated earlier it is often cheaper in the long run to employ experts in various fields. Their expertise may only be required for a few hours a month, but the time you waste trying to master something new can often out way their charges.
Firstly assess your own expertise, I suggest you carry out a SWOT analysis. What are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to you achieving your goals.
Once these have been decided, do you need specialist help? This can be in areas such as Accounting, Marketing, Advertising, Legal Matters or just simple business insurance to make sure that you are covered in the case of unexpected events.
