Now you have scanned your market and identified the kind of customers you intend to serve you must specify the following:-
- List all the features of your product and services.
- Identifying the advantages of these.
- The benefits offered to each group of customers.
- Where will you be positioned in regard to quality/price?
- Consider how easy it will be to serve the customers in each group.
- Identify your Unique Selling Point. What stands you out from the crowd? What is your niche?
